Carney: '150,000 firms not fully ready for no-deal Brexit'

150,000 companies havent planned for it, that means that 1.75 millioneother have or dont need to. Its not just me.

I am not consulting but I am doing exactly that for an organisation and it's not easy.

Risk management isnt about enacting everything, it's about managing the risk. The more likely the outcome or greater the impact, the more mitigation required.

A responsible organisation would have a ever changing plan for the above that can be enacted when required and as things become more likely the appropriate plans become more precise.

There are certain things companies can do now to mitigate and there are some things companies can plan to do. That's why 1.75million companies have. It's the 150,000 that havent.

No deal is a joke and should never happen, but it might and we should all try a make it smooth as possible.
