I would be VERY suprised if the community didn't know who he is, and he's probably long dead. He's 6 feet under where he should be and not hurting anyone else. The effects of his crimes though are still amongst the living. Maybe the victims aren't all lined up and clamouring for justice because they know that ultimate justice has and will on some blessed day continue to be served on this monster? I'm not you, but if I was I would leave the past where it belongs in this case, in the past. Putting a name and an identity to this twat is going to do nothing now but destroy lives. Sometimes other people's right to privacy trumps your right to information. This is one of those times.
