carrying one in the chamber anxiety?

Yes, the issue was that the trigger was able to be actuated ("pulled") purely by its own internal momentum when the gun experienced a strong impact at the rear of the slide - typically while being dropped.

This sort of trigger could also go off while inside the best holster in the world, if something were to impact it sufficiently (such as if you fell over awkwardly, or someone swung a hammer at your holstered gun for some reason).

Assuming the trigger still has no built-in safety mechanism which can't be activated without in fact being pulled, the issue can probably still occur - it might just take a harder impact to make it happen.
