Cars that need to cross over the bike path into a kindergarten on my commute to and from work.

There are intersections like that in quite a few bike paths around here. May even have signage indicating to STOP HERE with an arrow and white stop strip on the road, people still pull out too far. Several I've encountered even are wide open - clear line of sight for the driver to see both ways back from where they are supposed to stop. They still pull out too far. One treacherous area was finally bypassed after a woman got run over and killed.

Drivers are going to continue to look no further than the hood of their car. And good luck trying to get anyone cited let alone arrested - even if they hit you.

Unfortunately it's going to come down to YOU watching for them. You may even have to stop completely to access if it's safe or not to continue.

Be careful out there, a bike or rider seldom win when encountering a car.
