Early morning rapist and bedroom basher were both similar offenders in close proximity and during the same time period, I understand in many ways he was a typical offender. However, in many ways he was not.

What do I find memorable beyond remaining unidentified? Escaping police helicopter. Creepy phone call recordings we can listen to. Escaping FBI in foot chase. Challenging LE that he would appear at Watt ave and then doing it, challenging LE repeatedly. Vast array of red herrings left to mislead police. Speculative account of him appearing at a house, neighbours call LE, they arrive check property and leave, then he appears on neighbours roof. High number of offences. Possible linkage to VR case. Emptying homeowners shotgun shells and placing them under bead, challenging occupant during intrusion to go for his gun by alternating his flashlight between victims and shotgun. Shooting anybody who was a threat to his escape (x3). Speculative town hall event. Unverified account of him calling 7/11 police sting.

The list goes on and on. Many of these types of events are unique and can not be found in other cases. Perhaps many similar events did happen in other cases with perps who had a similar MO - but those cases haven't had their entire case files emptied to the public, so we don't know.
