just finished watching this fight of the year contender. good post op! I didn't know about this at all .>! In retrospect, so many thoughts about this fight. I haven't followed either of these warriors, and I'm real curious to watch some of Ken's previous fights now. He had heart and decent hands, I think it surprised Aung initially. Aung then played the boxing game with him a little too long and took more damage than he was ever prepared for. If ken only used some other tools to finish him in the third! Aung's eyes were literally crossed and swelling shut lol. Then the announcer drops the bad news...ken's never been in a 4th round before. Game over. I knew he was gassed but combined with the lack of experiencing those later rounds were certain to doom him. Plus we've seen zero take down attempts so that was never going to happen sadly. And just like a champ, Aung looked much fresher. Ken couldn't get the finish he needed by the 3rd. He was so fucked going into the final round.
