umm, how come? The second woman was shot and lost her baby to this. What trial do you need for this? What is there to find out? Abdominal gunshot wounds cause loss of a pregnancy? No shit, sherlock. The comparison is that the second one even got charged in the first place altough the reason is just dumb whereas the first one is found not guilty even though burying your baby in the backyard is not something you usually do if nothing shady is going on. I don't know the case and it's only a screenshot. I am gonna believe in the humanity here and hope that it was recognized that she needs mental help and there was some paychotic episodes/stuff going on. But the case of the second woman is just crazy, insulting and just outrageous and shouldn't have happened.
