Casual Convo Fridays.

I'm moving house for the 7th time in 3 years tomorrow.

I moved city three years ago with an ex partner to complete a degree. The relationship broke down two months after arriving and since then I have been moving in and out of student housing with friends whilst completing my degree. I've had the time of my life these past few years but moving so much has taken its toll! Being a student I couldn't afford nice places or to live alone like I truly wanted to.

Then last year my mum got diagnosed with very advanced stage 4 breast cancer so I moved back to my home city to be closer to friends and family. However, my mum is doing a lot better than was originally feared.

So tomorrow I am moving back to the city I have fallen in love with over the last few years, closer to my partner of the last 10 months, into the most beautiful apartment I have ever seen ALL BY MYSELF. I'm able to do this whilst completing the last year of my degree because I've landed an amazing job (all thanks to the pandemic tbh) and I am just SO HAPPY.
