Hey man I was raised Christian until my highschool years where I went full atheist. I also have tried DMT, LSD, shrooms, etc and those experiences brought be closer to “God”. I fell back to my Christian faith after those experiences as the messages I’ve learned from psychedelics are very similar to the teachings of the Bible( and many other religions for that matter).

I feel that Christianity goes a lot deeper than a man watching over you, and checking off a list every time you follow a “rule”. It’s really just about being humble enough to love God and treat others with love an respect no matter who they are. It’s really that simple, but again, humans over complicate everything.
