CB mom demands access to my swimming pool

I have talked to my insurance agent multiple times on this. I understand it very clearly. If someone gets hurt on my dock/boat/jetski and sues, the insurance company is going to do their own investigation.

If they find out the injury was a result of MY NEGLIGENCE, they can deny the claim. More specifically, if someone is injured due to something being broken and I knew about it and failed to fix it, they will almost for sure deny the claim. They're going to argue that I knew it was broken, did nothing about it and that resulted in the injury. The policy specifically exempts them from covering this.

Owning the policy does not absolve me 100% from any responsibility. I have to be diligent and I know this. My agent very clearly told me that I cannot put a 12-year-old on my jetski and expect them to cover me if he gets hurt. It's again, negligence.
