CBD vs marijuana opinion

Cbd breeding typical come from two types: 1)a traditional cannabis plants that's been bred to be high in cbd amd low in thc(which is most available where I live in Canada)

2) a traditional cannabis plant cross bred with an industrial hemp plant. This is what's most common in the states and is sold as hemp cbd

My professional and personal opinion and feedback from clients is the first type of breeding is better because iit tends to be more nutritionally dense (more cannabiniods terpenes etc) and tends to be far more therapeutic then cbd hemp. It does however contain more then the legal hemp percentage of .03% thc and is usually around the 3% thc mark. Super low, not enough to get you high but it really aids in medical applications. Cbd from hemp though is a good product

A cbd and thc cannabis strain is completely different, each with their own benefits, pros and cons. Marijuana aka thc will get a person High Hemp cbd is non intoxicating or psychoactive Cbd Marijuana (the first type ) is non intoxicating, however is considered psychoactive but once again not enough to get you stoned like traditional thc cannabis
Easiest way to approach it is establishing firstly, why you want to use it. Secondly, do you like the feel of being Stoned and can you have thc (some can't for work as they need to pee test etc etc) From there you can then go into the ways of using it smoking, vaping, ingestion, etc and Full spectrum products means it contains all the plant parts from the bud . Example: a "RSO" Broad spectrum means it's full spectrum but has had the thc removed. Example "RSO" with the thc removed Isolate products means its just a single cannabiniod and contains no other plant parts (cbd and thc for examples are cannabiniods). Example a pure cbd tincture
