This is actual full video, that one has clearly been cut to make Stokes look as bad as possible. The defence alleges it was jokey banter and that the couple were being sassy about his shoes, which you can see around 50 seconds into this one (which the Guardian skips going straight to around 1 minute in with the imitations), which has them pointing at his shoes and walking around him.

Either way you look at it it doesn't look anywhere near as bad with the full video and it at least makes his claims about it being banter more plausible. I mean they seemed to be huddled together talking for quite a while. The Guardian has cut that clip to create as much outrage as possible.
