Ccxx, multiplan ticker changed? Huh???? And I can't buy or sell it.

For the most part yes, I was just asking on which to base my response. It is my understanding that the objectives are to to enter into the in network provider space. Normally Multiplan operates on an out of network provider basis as the in network providers are already under contract with whichever company is currently contracting Multiplan and it not realistic to be able to provide reduction in payments as they are already predetermined, contractually speaking. While I have no specifics, the idea would be to either act as a 3rd party claims processing warehouse or to use the data gather platform to identify areas in which insurance companies can adjust their pricing. The second is to expand their electronic data gathering platform. This algorithm and platform would be used to detect fraud through machine learning. The false claims act entitles payors to seek $22,966 (this number could have changed in the new year, New year in medical billing is Oct 15.) per false claim, and allow the payor to seek remuneration equal to 2x the amount paid. Qui tam provision in the false claim act may also allow the reporting party to seek up to 20% of the recovered fees. The electronic data platform would have additional uses but this would be the primary use. The office of the inspector general releases quarterly OIG work plans to target specific areas of medical care. Insurance companies contract people like me to target these areas, they spend TONS AND TONS of money on this. The platform would make them able to reduce overhead cost in paying medical auditors to manually find these issues. There are some other plans but in my opinion these are the areas that will allow for the massive growth of Multiplan, outside of the average inflation rate for medical care exceeding the national inflation rate and the $3.5 Trillion in medical claims. Also im tired of typing

Catalyst to watch for:

Amy Barrett confirmation (ACA is due in front of supreme court) Potus EO - Protecting pre-existing conditions and from surprise billing. Disclaimer: I own Multiplan stock. Sorry for typos.
