I never suggested that CDPR literally said "I want you to plagiarize this song for our upcoming game" or that they hired someone specifically to plagiarize a song. I suggested checking the material being used that is representative of your final product before rubber stamping it. They goofed on it and are liable. Now they know to check before publishing.

Also, why would the composer need proof CDPR asked that? He's the one liable for "creating" a song that already exists and is possibly copyrighted.

That is a massive leap in logic and I'm not quite sure how you tried to marry those two somehow without being ridiculously defensive of CDPR for no apparent reason.
