cEDH answers for when the combat phase matters

It just doesn't make sense to run Mystic Remora and Ensnaring Bridge in the same deck.

No, but then those cards aren't really for the same meta either.

The decks that vomit out their hands early and really give you a ton of draws off Remora very rarely care about an Ensnaring Bridge. 75% decks that spend a lot of time attacking are also much less likely to cast enough non-creature spells in a tight enough window for Remora to be very useful.

And as far as how counterproductive it is, it depends a lot on what's doing the attacking here. If these decks are beater decks that are also fast enough to pose a problem to a tuned cEDH deck, then I imagine their attack phases could be pretty nasty--Bruna tossing a pile of buff auras on herself, Rafiq grabbing Conscription, Mimeoplasm coming in as a Skithryx with 5 extra counters, etc. Easy to stop stuff like that with a Bridge while maintaining a reasonable hand size.

If it's more like a pile of 2/2's, then Ensnaring Bridge is unlikely to do much, but that also doesn't sound like the kind of deck that's really fast enough to threaten CV Teferi in the red zone unless they're some particularly hateful hatebears.
