Had a really bad experience when they replaced my motherboard (I have a Pixel and Google was covering the cost of replacing the motherboards to fix a known defect issue). They broke the replacement screen, then they put the wrong size motherboard in (and didn't believe that I had the larger internal memory, I showed the dude my carrier information showing I had the 128gb but the other dude in the back kept chirping.) They lied about being able to get the part in the next day, etc etc. The dude was rude and shitty too, acted like he did me a favour letting me use one of the store's loaner phones (which I only needed due to their mistakes) and said "we replaced your motherboard for free." Um no dude, Google reimbursed you for the motherboard.

Never ever again will I go there, and will not recommend them to anyone.
