Cenan's closed

Told by person that worked there that rent was astronomically raised. They could not afford it. Two other places in the same strip mall have closed for similar reasons. Small town Vienna is driving out businesses that made it great and selling out to big developers, 2 properties on corner of Park and Maple will be combined and developed into 4 story appartment complexes. It’s the first of many such to follow. Traffic that is already a mess on 123 will become nightmare, but the impact study the developers paid for said it’ll be fine. Nothing to see here. Long time residents are fighting but the Vienna town council is now only after grass root efforts holding hearings, but still they are dragging their feet and trying to sneak MAC changes to laws. Why the rush? Very suspicious?
