Certainty, objectivity present when discussing a concept, for example in a philosophical dialogue or monologue?

If you are such a skeptic about communication, you must be silent.

I see. So how would you interpret this? What's this thing? Certainty? Objectivity? Something necessary? I'm making a choice to communicate and to think, and I always start from somewhere (a foundation). I mean, even if I don't have in my mind a final answer to "what is truth?" it still seems that "what is truth?" is something final, static and objective that can be apprehended by me, you and others. I may not posses, in my mind, the idea of "truth" but it must be certain that the vague problem of "what is truth" is something I possess and that you can apprehend it too, right?
