So I'm going to share something that I haven't been able to share anywhere else yet.

After years of being under-employed things are finally coming together. A new position opened up at my job and I have 100% support from all the members of the team, including the director (from what I hear), so I should get it no problem.

But the best part is that, not only will I be working in the field of my degree and have way more autonomy in my work, it comes with a massive raise! Almost $20,000 more per year than what I'm making right now. More money than I've ever made before.

Plus since I don't have any kids and few expenses, I'll be able pay off all my outstanding debt besides my car in about 2 months, and pay off my car before the end of 2018.

And the cherry on top is that the cost of living is pretty cheap where I live so I'll be a home owner within the next 3 years.

Less than 3 years ago I was in such a bad place. Couldn't find steady employment, barely getting by, depressed, nearly homeless and in less than 3 months I'll literally be living my dream.
