Chairbound, just started trying to get some form of exercise.

Probably a lot more advanced then now. In 2016 I challenged myself to going to the gym for 180 days straight. I was like 350 starting weight. I succeeded, hot down to like 250, kept going til i got to like 235, but then my depression kicked in and my heart got pretty mangled over a crush. Since then Ive been lazy as fuck and the gym has been an occasional thing. So now its like I have to start all over again because I am not emotionally healthy. Sorry, felt like ranting. Chest day is tricky for me, as some where along the way I developed some sort of vertigo, so I cant do basic bench presses or even inclines, cause when I drop my head back I get dizzy as fuck and feel like Im gonna puke. That basically leaves me with push ups, cables, and those chest machines. Meh.
