Getting under 100 feels so great and glad you’re getting closer to that!

I get the struggle for balance with “normal” days and socialising days, like socialising with some extra calories should be incorporated because you’re gonna have to learn how to handle them in the long run, on the other hand they do slow down the weight loss. I’m at the point in my loss where I don’t care as much about those days over a deficit/over maintenance but I do still try to keep them around maintenance and only have them like once a week maybe and the occasional bigger splurge every few months or so if there’s an occasion for it. Basically controlling the “damage” whilst also not being too bothered about it?

I think you had a decent day of that yesterday really and it’s great that you’re thinking about it and being aware!
