Go champion Lee Se-dol strikes back to beat Google's DeepMind AI for first time

Da fuck you're talking about. Yes I answered you, I didn't realise anything, I stand by my previous answer, even more so now than then because you're just further proving that you have no idea what you're talking about.

You just make baseless claims, assuming moronic things about what computers are and spoutting random pseudoprofund bullshit like : "And humanity will enter a sickness of the mind such that will end itself due to its own pointlessness."

Pretty obvious bro, without purpose humans become depressed, eventually the depressed will kill themselves if they don't get better. IE: Find a purpose.

Yes as there is no reason for Usain Bolt to run anymore since we have cars that go faster and there is no reason for Magnus Carlsen to play chess since computers do it better. That's just simply not the case.

They all have other things in their lives though that they can contribute that a machine can't do. When we have absolutely nothing we can contribute that something else can't do better, humanity will become depressed and we will all kill ourselves.

Tell that to the millions of people starving to death throughout the world. Or since you prefer first world problems, which I can understand, tell that to the people who work a job they hate 8 hours a day when they could be doing something more interesting to them while a machine does the work.

I'd rather be starving that be depressed and feel pointless. Suicidal depression is objectively worse than starvation. At least with starvation you want to live. Depression you don't. And again, those 9-5'ers won't have anything else to do, it will all be machines. And since you obviously know, eventually after someone being on permanent vacation they grow bored of it and want to work again, in some way, even if its a hobby. you will eventually grow sick and tired of it. Read: NEETS who eventually become suicidal because they only play video games all day and eventually tire of it. I've experienced this first hand and was only saved from it due to getting a job and finding other purpose like art. If I didn't get that job and a robot was making the art I wanted to make but better than i ever could, I'd have killed myself by now. Same goes for anyone.

Meant by whom?

There doesn't need to be a person giving the meaning, you naive fool. It is inherently meant as we will eventually kill ourselves given being alive long enough to realize certain things about life and grow bored of everything it has to offer. Infinity is a long time, long enough to grow bored of everything. Dying naturally allows us to die before realizing this. It is merciful.
