I ordered two sets of wheels for my sons bikes. I’m in the US (So. Florida). DT Swiss 1900’s. They took aver a month to arrive but they did eventually arrive. They were new and as described. Their customer service is a chat that takes a while until an agent is available, about 30-45 minutes but they let you know where you sit in the queue so it’s not that bad. The previous comment is sound advice and brings up very good points. To be honest I saved around $150 total for both sets and to me it wasn’t worth it. The time it took to get here plus the worry if it even was going to arrive or if there was an issue just isn’t worth the savings. Maybe I got lucky but I had zero issues besides the wait time.
