immoral corporate actions like we saw with Liverpool furloughing their staff in 2020

Will risk the flood of rageful downvotes, but fan feedback caused them to change that decision. Yet they're the example when other clubs, like Spurs, did the same thing. Even then, furlough is a weird hill as loads of companies that earn more than football clubs furloughed staff, so this "immoral" stance is weird. Furlough staff get paid, people seem to equate it with retrenchment or dismissal, which is the alternative and why furlough exists.

As for the CMV, as you mentioned Germany are fan owned but still have problems with dodgy sponsors and such. The problem is far far far deeper than American capitalists bad.
