Changing mindset from always seeing good in people.

I currently work in a job that puts me on locations at rental car companies at the airport. These locations are predominantly people flying in for business, rather than personal time. Before that, I had my experience with customer service in restaurants where I had to deal with the people myself and learned how shitty people are when it came to food. I didn't think it got much worse than that, but I was wrong. These people flying here on their company's pocket are some of the most entitled, rude, impatient, condescending and intolerant people I have ever seen. I don't personally deal with the customers, but I overhear them often and my view of society as a whole has shifted dramatically.
