1) Louis is an ugly, fat, bald ginger. Let's be honest, if this were Brad Pitt this wouldn't be a problem. 2) To be fair to some of the comics, he straight up asked them if he could masturbate in front of them, that's just something weird to ask a co-worker at work, for example. I'm pretty sure that's sexual misconduct, you can get fired for that. 3) He apparently masturbated while talking to someone on the phone, that's obviously not a crime but it's still weird as fuck.

As you said, he didn't commit any crimes, and all he's really guilty of is having a weird fetish and being inappropriate on set. In my opinion, all that Louis could have done is apologize, and we all should have moved on. But of course, feminists and leftists simply cannot let this go
