Look, I just want to try and help. I am SICK AND TIRED of people getting no help from YouTube, no clarification, and a wait of a year to get something back.
We get so many people saying 'I can't contact YouTube Partner Support, I've never had that function', and when I tell them to go on the link guess what the option is legit not there. This applies if the whole account is on hold, or they're with an MCN and their support is about as useful as telling a household washing machine to destry a brick.
This account has been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, deceptive practices and misleading content or other Terms of Service violations.
Not very precise to me.
I still stand by this, especially if no clarification has been given, but if you're in doubt;
