Kakashi, I love him but I see him having no much charisma with compare to other characters (like Naruto for example)

Too much realistic, not enough idealistic. He just want world or himself to stay as it is.

Which I think makes him hard to write when making him main character. Like he doesn't have any big goals, no big dreams or ideas of his own.

What big journey you can create for character that doesn't see any future vision for himself or others?

I mean that's a character he was suppose to be. But I feel like he stayed like that and never truly changed... broken soldier to the end.

Kind of makes me think of Solid Snake's story from MGS and why his counterpart Big Boss was better character.
