Two actively, sort of three total. One bigger piece with confetti that I'm making for a gift but is testing my sanity. I use smaller, easier pieces to break it up and have fun colors. I also work remotely at the moment and some weeks my job is a lot of waiting on hold or waiting for the phone to ring which gives me anxiety. So having straight lines or big blocks of solid color to work on in my 2 minutes of down time helps. The "sort of three" comes from working on a set of nine smaller pieces, doing four in a row, and needing a break from those so starting something else. I swear it's not as many as it seems! I'm trying really hard to finish projects before getting more patterns but it's hard lol.
