CHECK-IN: AbstractXtracts' Fulfillment and Communication Inquiry

I'm curious why you think these people in this thread's orders are not worth fulfilling. A few claimed that they ordered a good amount of time BEFORE Abraxas went down, some up to a week, AND FE'd!

The size/amount of the order, though, is irrelevant in the eyes of customers. If your integrity and reputation was important, you would simply work with the people, or at least give them some means. Basically your telling us something about yourself, and its not good.

I would think if you hadn't sent out their orders, and they had ordered a week prior to ABX going down, you'd have some records of the unfilled orders. Otherwise, if you don't it sounds like you never intended to fulfill them anyway.

Basically, what it sounds like to me is that you simply do not care, and believe me, I've seen it first-hand - tarnished reputations are almost impossible to recover.

Just a final suggestion, stop saying "we have not scammed any large orders" cause that's just a bullshit excuse. You obviously have multiple people here voicing a need for you to address their orders, and you are barely present anywhere. This makes it quite obvious what you value, and its not customers or service.

Take a look at your operation, because people tend to remember things like this, and so far your excuses and justifications are not going to work for those who are out money. If "small" orders aren't worth your time, then you should not have offered them in the first place.

Jesus Christ. I would at least think you would have seen some benefit in sending out the sample orders you offered, even though they are small. Those people wanted to try your product out, with potential of returning. You are hurting yourself just as well as the customers you are fucking over.

You honestly can't be this daft.
