Honestly, while some may consider it more entertaining, what young girl watching this clip / game is going to be inspired to become a goalkeeper? She can do everything else perfectly but get beaten by a shot from a striker who gets to aim at a target that's way bigger than what a female keeper can reasonably cover.

And this clip is from one of the top levels of womens football, this problem is much, much worse in the amatuer / semi-professional leagues. My SO plays in one of our state's top women's comps, and the number of goals that go in looping over the heads of goalkeepers is shocking. I've lost count of the number of times I've seen keepers get chipped while standing within a meter of their goal-line.

Fair play to the strikers who can aim for and hit those spots, but the administrators of the women's game need to do more to help out female goalkeepers in my opinion.
