Chess.com is serious about alleged cheating, especially during their prize-money events e.g. "Titled Tuesday". Then why is COLLUSION through intentional result manipulation by pre-arranged draws (without even 'playing the game') condoned and allowed by their sponsored GMs on multiple occasions?

The part I don't get is there is a significant portion of the chess community, including many members of /r/Chess who think that Cheating in an Online Tournament such as "Titled Tuesday" - the very same tournament which Hans is accused of cheating in - is very serious and should lead to significant punishment and ostracization. Many people have said that you should treat an event like "Titled Tuesday" as you would the Sinquefield Cup.

Then why are the same people, both fans and other grandmasters, ok with allowing such blatant "We refuse to play each other and will automatically draw" level of collusion when it is also against the FIDE rules and chess.com 's own tournament rules? By definition such action is also "Cheating and Collusion".

and for the record, I really do like the chessbrah channel - hence why I even know this happened - I subscribe and watch all their videos. I just feel like it's unfair to Hans that he's been crucified for "allegedly cheating" in Titled Tuesday, when chess.com GM streamers are allowed to blatantly "cheat/collude" in front of thousands with no one raising any objection. I just wanted to point out a double standard.
