I said if anyone’s parents can’t be decent people, they are owed no less than those other people. That’s it. No implication of hatred of parents in general, just “if you’re a bad person, people don’t need to like you more than strangers.”

I specify in the most literal of terms that my post is in reference to bad parents and bad people. Additionally: not my parents. I don’t have to give my life story to be able to say that I think children have the right to not like someone.
