The man was NOT in the Taco Bell parking lot. He was across the street, in front of Tractor Supply Co. which was closed.
Even the YouTube channel posting this video clickbaits his own viewers. The title claims it was in the Taco Bell lot, but the 15 seconds, in he clearly says the incident was across the street, in front of Tractor Supply Co, and literally shows map.
Taco Bell dude is an auditor. People like him bait police into confronations and refuse to comply to prove a point about Constitutional law. But the police were well within their rights to ask for an ID while conducting an investigation and arresting him for obstructing it.
Posters need to stop clickbaiting and commenters need to get all the facts before they say "fuck the police!"
