China Builds Artificial Moon Using Magnets To Simulate Gravity

Please god tell me that they r exploiting the diamagnetic properties of the water that makes up our cells. If so then that’s cool af/sorta funny in a way. I’ll be really impressed if this is an efficient use of energy though because they’re gonna have to be using really really powerful electromagnets. I would expect that you could do this more efficiently in the same way I think NASA does it (if things haven’t changed) aka a scuba tank where u can control the magnitude of buoyancy force via concentration of solute (Of course you will almost certainly have to wear scuba diving equipment but is the lack of scuba gear really worth the additional cost?)
