China to force online games with loot boxes to publicly announce item probabilities today.

They don't need to gamble on loot boxes though, the loot box distribution system in Overwatch is pretty fair in my opinion, you manage to get quite a few just by playing every week. You don't have to pay money to open those loot boxes and even during events you can buy the stuff with Gold that you get from opening boxes with repeated stuff or with Gold chests in them.

Sure, you'll miss out on some skins during events if you don't buy boxes but who needs ALL the skins? I think if someone feels forced to buy Overwatch loot boxes then they more than a gambling problem on their hands. You can buy more boxes if you wish, but you don't need to buy keys to open them if you get them in-game.

Rocket League, Counter Strike, etc... on the other hand give you boxes at a less frequent rate than Overwatch and you have to buy keys to open them, those are the kinds of games that annoy the hell out of me: "Hey, we gave you 50% of something, now you can either look at it or pay up for the other 50% required to open it".
