Chinese Fast Food?

Mexican and American food or anything exotic will probably be more well received than say Chinese. You could probably do what walk to wok does in Netherlands and make it a built it yourself stir fry, the formula of assembling your own dish seems to be universally marketable. But otherwise Thais have already established their pallette when it comes to Chinese food , it's ingrained into a lot of Thai dishes and we prefer the "cleaner" "lighter" versions. The American version would be tricky to market in flavor and in portion. Although things like ka pow pasta are big, so ka pow chow mein, or pow orange chicken might be enough to please the masses..

I think the only viable marketable aspects of panda is the cafeteria style and 2-3 item combo format as well as build your own stir fry. Make adjustments to dishes to suit local preference and I can see it work out.
