Good. Fuck China. They are ruining US and Canadian cities. Driving up the cost of home ownership to the point where it is completely out of reach of most Americans and Canadians. They have also helped drive up the cost of renting apartments/condos as well. In Canada, they have been buying entire swaths of City blocks, driving all the tenants out - often displacing families who have lived in buildings/neighborhoods for generations- just to sit on the buildings for years with not a soul inhabiting them- save a few Chinese family members of the owners living in one or two of the units. Fuck that. There should have been regulation on this shit years ago. Now it's too late. The Chinese have completely destroyed most of the cities in the US and Canada. The situation will not be reparable in my generation.
