Chinese tech billionaire Jack Ma was removed from his own reality TV show including the judging webpage and has not been seen in public for two months after falling foul of President Xi in anti-regulation speech

Are you implying that because I haven't started a succesful business that I don't know you need to be a genius to have a succesful business?

I'm genuinely struggling to understand your point. You most definitely don't need to be a genius, which is already an ill-defined term. The people i would define as geniuses are the revolutionisers who push the limits of what we know and do. This can be in any discipline even business but you most definitely don't need to be a genius to have a succesful business. As my comment already stated, Jack Ma seen what Bezos was doing with Amazon, decided to attempt to do something similar and it worked. Alibaba could have failed for a myriad of reasons, market shifts, competitors, CCP shut-down etc. But Ma simply believed this was the future of commerce and replicated what Bezos was doing.
