Lol good to see people overreacting again at what was a joke.
Why do people think this is an attack on Taylor or something or "Why didn't he ask this behind closed doors?" this was for a video and getting his opinion on something, was it not?
I didn't say anything about Taylor but you guys act like I'm coming at him, I just asked two really, simple, non threatening questions.
1) Considering how, at least in the US, the recent "ISIS related" shootings have come from American Citizens, not immigrants or insurgents that snuck over... Do you think that banning ALL muslims will just make things worse on the domestic front? Think about it, why would someone born here, turn sides like that and do these things? It's in the same camp as what Jeb Bush kept saying, that you cannot do this Muslim ban because you turn away the "good Muslims" nations and people that are on the ground and fighting ISIS in the Middle East.
2) Why when there's a handful of terrorists/ISIS related attacks, anywhere, the right goes to the extreme with "Banning Muslim Immigrants & No Refugees" and they see that as okay and justified (Same mind thinking for building a ridiculously expensive & ineffective Wall for illegals crossing into the states, when most aren't rapists), but when there's a shooting in the states, and the far left goes "Ban all guns, stop this" and that's just in their minds, but crazy on the rights.
My point is why can't we have a little consistency in our arguments? People like Hank Green have come on the show and drawn the same conclusions I've had about there being consistency.
Why is it okay in one situation where a small, small, small, fraction of a fraction % of people do something terrible, grossly over generalizing that group of people and punishing all of them? But not the same in this other instance. There's over a Billion law abiding, non-terrorists Muslims in the world? Yes? I'm sure they don't like being treated like "Before conversion terrorists" just like I'm sure the millions of US law abiding, gun holding citizens here don't like being treated or having rights taken away when "we did nothing wrong"
I don't know how that got lost in translation, what could be for really interesting conversation or discussion, somehow turned into you guys thinking I'm attacking Taylor in some way. Calm down, you're being more easily offended than the regressive-left lol
