Choked unconscious at lesson

Well, I actually am. I'm 39 years old at the moment. Prior to BJJ, seven years ago, I lead a fairly sedimentary life style. It took me a while, just to get athletic enough for the sport. Then i hurt my back BAD, three buldging discs, then i tore my MCL. So i took close to three years off, i thought i was done with BJJ. I got back to it at the end of last summer. Got another stripe on my belt.

Currently, I go five/six times a week, I HOPE I don't get injured again. I HOPE that life does not get in the way. If I kept this up, I would probably get my BB before i'm 50. But I always say 70 to take the pressure off of me.

At the end of the day, I just want be a life time practitioner.
