Hello there, On behalf of Neocraft Limited, I would like to ask you to send suggestions or complaints about Tales of Wind either into our official subreddit, official Facebook Page / Group, official Discord server or via ingame ticket. Tales of Wind is a western version, available for players in South America, North America, Europe and Oceania and both published and developed by Chinese gaming company Neocraft while Laplace M is developed by ZlongGames. This is a correction on the claim that a gaming studio behind Tales of Wind would be from North America. Our game is available in so many regions worldwide that it is normal that exchange rates between the prices vary. One example could be the changed taxation policy by European Union a while back which forced us to increase prices of spirals a little bit. However, we compensated this by increasing amount of extra spirals given to anyone that does a topup. I understand that this may bring up some emotions, but I still wish that doing false claims around reddit wouldn't happen. If you ever have any questions, you are feel free to contact us anytime.
