Choosing between two CS job offers

In the other hand I accepted an offer 3 weeks ago for an internship at Honeywell with a really and I quote "high possibility" of staying as a full time employee.

My friend was told this by Cisco. They dangled the hook in front of his face for about a year and a half before he realized the "high possibility" was just said to make him interested.

It's not a particularly good situation.

Your current offer is 3 hour commute more or less per day. That's pretty harsh. It'll be good to get a full-time gig on your resume over another internship. But I'm not sure if a 3 hour commute is worth that, especially for the pay.

Also are both using the same languages? Is Honeywell's internship the same type of work as your current internship? Those matter as well. If one is front-end and the other is back-end those are different skillsets. Also get the actual salary from your supervisor as that'll help you decide.

For me I'd probably go towards Honeywell. It's riskier but the commute doesn't suck and you don't love your current workplace.
