He was coached by PR and told exactly what to say...and the reason they did that is to avoid the risk of anyone being able to take anything he said out of context. He only apologized the whole time. He gave no excuses and didn’t say a single thing that could be extrapolated and spun in a negative direction. No one has anything on him now after that apology, and you can’t take anything he said and twist it to make him look bad. The actual footage doesn’t really matter, because a lot of people on social media will just read quick quotes and not even watch the interview. ABC definitely wants him to come back, so like it or not...I think he’s probably coming back.
