So, your issue with the pilot project is... the stop placement from before the pilot project which were chosen to deal with traffic non-pilot project related traffic problems that the pilot project is alleviating?

The new streetcars being delayed doesn't mean they don't work. The ones that have been delivered have substantially more capacity than the old streetcars.
