Christianity and Ghosts

(These aren’t my views, I’m just explaining basic Christian theology)

Assuming both God and Satan exist, why can't one destroy the other? Why is there an everlasting push and pull between them. Whats the end goal or purpose?

Satan does not have the power to destroy God. God created Satan. Satan was originally an angel. God allows Satan to exist because not doing so would be a violation of Satan’s free will to rebel against God. God allows his conscious creations to have free will, because not allowing free will would be immoral.

Is it actually possible to sell my soul to satan in return for fame and glory? It seems more like a clever movie device then actual act people have done.

Not literally, no. Whether you’re asking for a Christian perspective or a secular perspective.

Has there ever actually been any scientific evidence of ghosts?

This question has nothing to do with Christianity.
