Why Christians Observe the Sabbath

I could ask why do I need to go to church just because it's written in the Bible that I should. Is it beneficial and honoring to God? Yes, but I have perfect fellowship with Christ and can get everything I need from Him.

You're contradicting yourself.

Ephesians 1:22-23, "22 And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all."

The Church is the fullness of Christ, you claim to have perfect fellowship with Christ, but you neglect fellowship with the Body of Christ. Christ is a whole, you cannot have fellowship with only a head, you must have fellowship with a body.

Ephesians 2:19-22, "19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household, 20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone, 21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, 22 in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit."

How are you being fitted into a temple for the Lord? Do you not know that you must only worship at the place that the Lord has placed his name, and do you not know that God has placed his name on his people?

Ephesians 4:1-6, "1 Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love, 3 being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all."

Are you being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit? Because there is only one body which possesses one Spirit, and that body is the Church. The people of God. There is one Lord, over our one Faith, which is entered through one Baptism.

You claim to have perfect fellowship with Christ, but you don't. Unless you are around the Church, which is the fullness of Christ, then you don't have perfect fellowship.
