But I agree with you 100% that the crew is crucially important. They're the ones who put in the hours and get the performance on the screen. OTOH, they don't have the juice to set the tone. They can flourish in it and contribute to it but tell the folks at Ellen that it was the crew that made the atmosphere toxic.

Meanwhile, I actually am a 73yo retired pre-school teacher and everything I've said as a fact is the truth. I've reserved my opinion as I'm clear about not knowing the facts of their relationship. But it doesn't matter in the least what you believe or don't believe about me.
