It's a Christmas miracle

As much as people blame us for not having stock/staff/making them wait. Well they decided to wait and yes it doesn’t warrant them being angry at us but it’s bound to happen, live with it and let it go. It’s a job that you aren’t meant to take home or take shit personally. If you take being yelled at by a customer because they didn’t get what they want and it upsets you to the point where you don’t want any angry customers and have to remind people how they should behave to employees. You have a support system in place in any retail store for these customers, -A)Call some one else to deal with them B)Call management to deal with them C)Deal with it. D)Don’t come back the next day I might sound like I’m being a dick and I am, but I’m pointing out reality in the service industry in general, people feel entitled and need to “vent” by being angry at some one just trying to do their job. I don’t care if a customer is a dick to me I have a few situations I won’t deal with my self and have had a coworker deal with said customers or leadership. At the end of the day I don’t care about it as long as I’m getting paid. At the end you’re an adult do what you want to do and be you, thanks for flooding my inbox with responses about dealing with a situation you knew full well you’d have to deal with in the service industry no one to blame but YOU for taking the job and the rude customers fault but that’s life.
