Starting illegal wars, bombing the absolute crap out of civilians across the world, supporting coups, interfering with foreign elections, installing murderous puppet dictators, funding governments who use the money to kill civilians, arming terrorists, betraying allies, destabilizing countries in a variety of ways (methods including but not limited to exporting a violent US gang to a country that no longer has a functioning police force, also thanks to the US, and letting the Green Beret leader train the gang to take over the place) and threatening to strong-arm anybody who tries to prosecute them for war crimes...
